4 Fun Ways to Utilize Storyboard 4

Our Storyboard layouts are a major hit with our designers and freelancers in the Golden Coil Community. They are perfect for anyone working in the visual arts or video production. They can help photographers plan shots and layouts. For people working on social media campaigns, the Storyboard pages can help plan reels and organize video content. If you don’t work in these fields, you might think you have little or no use for the Storyboard layouts. Today we’re sharing four fun and unique ways to utilize our Storyboard 4 layout in your day to day routine.

Gift Ideas/Planning

In addition to our Gifting page, we love to use the Storyboard for collecting gift ideas. Instead of a lined layout, you can utilize one box for each person and jot down ideas as you think of them. This layout provides a little extra room to sketch ideas, make notes, or paste in photos and lists.

Go-To Dinners

Use the Storyboard to write down your 12 go-to dinners. You can sketch a drawing of the dish or paste in a photo. This comes in handy for weeks when you are unmotivated and have no idea what to cook. This is a fun way to include the kids; they get especially interested when you include visuals! Let your family browse the ideas and help contribute to meal planning.

Crafting

Are you a knitter? Embroiderer? Weaver? Utilize the Storyboard 4 layout to sketch out ideas and designs. This is a great place to experiment with color combinations and keep all of your ideas in one place. Just beware, your kids may steal your notebook to plan friendship bracelet ideas or draw characters for their next monster movie!

Annual Highlights

At Golden Coil we love nothing more than celebrating our highlights and favorite moments throughout the year. We provide plenty of places to track and jot down highlights during your year. The Storyboard 4 layout is a natural place to collect a year’s worth of highlights in place. With 12 boxes in the layout you can dedicate one to each month. Label each box with the month and as the days tick by and you reach the end of the month, write down your favorite moments from the month. Bonus points if you remember to clip in a few mini photos or mementos. When the end of the year arrives, you can look back through the months and remember special memories.
