Horizontal 2 Double Page is another one of our popular layout choices! The week spans both pages with a generous amount of space allotted to each day and the perfectly sized to-do list on the right. If you’re unfamiliar with this layout, we thought it would be helpful to show you a few different ways you can use it. We love how flexible this layout is—with so much space in each day, you’ll be able to use it however suits you best.
FREELANCER
When you freelance, every day can look really different, which is why we love this layout. You can adapt the space to what your day looks like. You can allocate space for appointments, daily tasks, brainstorming, or even sketching thumbnails. In this example, we used the left side of the day for appointments and the right side for meeting notes, brainstorming, tasks, and sketches.
HOMESCHOOLING
The space of this layout is perfect for writing out kids’ lesson plans and daily tasks. You could even use the space next to their daily schedule to create a specific check list for each kid. The longer to-do list on the right page is perfect for keeping track of your own tasks!
TEACHER
Planning is key to effectively teaching, which is why we love how much space this layout gives you to write outlines for your daily lessons! This gives you the ability to focus on the day’s plan while keeping your to-do list and tasks separate on the side.
PRIMARY CAREGIVER
We love how adaptable this layout is for taking care of kids and running a household! You can use the left side of the day to keep track of appointments and the right side to keep track of daily tasks, self-care to-do’s, meal plans, or even to journal a little snippet of each day.
STUDENT
This layout is so perfect for dividing your day into your schedule and your daily tasks. In this example, we’ve written out a school schedule on the left of the day and the daily tasks on the right. Making a daily to-do list is a great way to make sure you assign a specific timeline to your weekly to-do items!
