Get the Most Out of Your New Planner
Our Mother’s Day sale is coming right up and if you’re planning to order a new planner, we want to help you get the most out of it! One of the best approaches we can recommend is to sit down with your previous planner and analyze how you’ve used it. If you’ve got a lot of empty space, you might not be getting the most out of your planner. This could be remedied by changing layouts or using different +pages. Or maybe your life is looking a lot different than you thought it would (you’re not alone!) and a few adjustments to how you’re using your current layout will help. Either way, here are a few questions we recommend working through to make sure your new planner is a great fit!
1. Where is the most empty space in your planner? Would a single-page weekly layout work better? Are there different +pages you’d like to try?
2. Are there pages you use a lot? Would it be helpful to add more of those to your new planner?
3. What do you use other notebooks/notepads for? Are there +pages you could add to your planner that would help you consolidate everything in one place?
4. Do you like your current planner but feel like you have a lot of empty space? Are there different ways you could fill your pages? (Recording thoughts, journaling, writing daily gratitude, adding new recipes, art collaborations with your kids, etc.)
5. How do you feel about the thickness of your current planner? Would you like to keep it more trimmed down for ease of transport? Or does it mostly stay in the same place and you’d prefer to have more pages? (For reference, 86-160 pages is a good range for a lighter-weight planner.)
Our goal is to always make life easier for you and to help you get things done. We hope this list of questions helps you build a planner that works even better for you!
