What to Track in Your Habit Tracker
This might go against popular opinion but we would argue that the fall beats January as the best time to reassess your habits and routines. Sure, January has the new year, fresh beginning energy. But fall is a great time to establish (or reestablish) habits you strive for that might have slipped away during the summer months. The weather hasn’t turned too cold just yet and families are plugged back into school routines. And we’re in a quiet reprieve before the holidays gear up. So today we want to feature our Habit Tracker layout and we’ve provided a fun list of ideas of what you can track in your own Habit Tracker. Steal some of our ideas below and customize your own tracker to fit your needs. Think about what you want to keep track of each day. As we set up our planners, we like to add this layout each month so we have a fresh layout with space to track everyday. We hope you have fun customizing your own habit tracker layout this fall!

We hold ourselves to such high standards to do all the things all the time, and the truth is there are seasons to everything. Give yourself grace and lean into what works for you right now! And tell us about your habit tracker in the comments below! What are you keeping track of? Happy tracking this autumn!
