The Best Taco Soup for Fall and Winter

This is a favorite recipe around here for fall and winter - sometimes we even whip it out in the summer because it is so easy and delicious! This is a true dump and walk away meal that will wow your family or guests. It serves about 8-10 people and is perfect for a friends/family get together!

Ingredients:

1 lb cooked ground beef

2 cans of corn (including liquid)

1 (16 oz) can of chili beans (including liquid)

1 (15 oz) can of kidney beans (including liquid)

1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce

1 (28 oz) can of petite diced tomatoes

1 (4 oz) can diced green chile peppers

1 package of taco seasoning

Instructions:

Cook the ground beef until brown and drain any remaining grease. Dump all of the cans into the crockpot with the meat and taco seasoning. Set your crockpot on low for 8 hours or 4 hours on high stirring occasionally. Top with avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips!
