Have you added our Mood Tracker +page to your customizable planner or notebook? It’s one of our favorite pages for improving mental health! You can use it to give yourself a birds-eye view of your year and what trends were present in your mental and emotional state, which is really helpful for spotting any patterns that need addressing. Here’s how to use this +page:

Use the left page to write notes about what’s happening in your life or where your headspace is each month. Then, develop a color code for your emotions and use it to mark your mood each day.

You can also use this spread as a long-term habit tracker! You’ll be limited to one habit per day, but this can make it more approachable! Use the left page to make notes about how many habits you’re working on each month and for what duration of time. You could even just choose one habit per month and then write out your game plan on the left page.
