Our Favorite Layouts and Pages

It’s hard to believe we are already moving towards the end of 2021 and looking ahead to a new year! We know many of you in the Golden Coil community use the autumn months to think about and order your planners for the new year, so we thought this would be a great time to round up a few of our fan favorite layouts and pages!

Take some inspiration from the layouts below as you design your planner for the new year. And let us know which layouts are your favorites in the comments below! We love to see the creative ways you utilize your planners and notebooks.

Weekly Layouts

Our Weekly Single Page Horizontal 2 is our most popular Weekly Single Page format for a reason. This layout provides lots of open space for each day of the week, as well as plenty of room for to-dos, notes, and plans for the future. This layout also includes our favorite sticky note spot

The Weekly Double Page Horizontal 1 is our most popular Weekly Double Page. This layout gives ample lined space for each day, as well as room for a daily to-do list. Golden Coil fans like seeing the entire week on one layout.

Golden Coil Insiders recommend the Weekly Single Page Boxes 2 layout. The open boxes encourage creativity and give room for appointments, drawings, and notes. The left side includes a weekly to-do list, meal planning, gratitude, and selecting priorities for the week.

We are really excited about our newest layout, the Weekly Double Page Horizontal 3. Horizontal 3 is similar to the Weekly Double Page Horizontal 1 with the addition of a small weekly list (we love this for a quick dinner meal plan list or a daily workout plan), as well as a habit tracker and a weekly gratitude line. If you like the Horizontal 1 layout, but want a little space for weekly and habit planning, this is a great layout to utilize!

+ Pages

The Month at a Glance list is a great way to kick off each month in your planner. Golden Coil insiders like to use this layout to include gratitude items on the left side and monthly highlights and lists on the right side. Our planners are perfect time capsules for the year and this layout provides a beautiful snapshot of your month.

Our friend and Golden Coil Insider Laura likes using the Bucket List layout to keep track of recommendations for books, movies, and tv shows. She can also mark down her thoughts and rating after reading or watching. We love the way Laura retooled this layout to make it super handy for everyday living.

Don’t forget our Storyboard layouts! These layouts aren’t just reserved for designers and creatives. The Storyboard layout can be added to your planner each month to collect your favorite photos from the month (tip, you can use a photo printing service to print small, sticker versions of your favorite photos).
