5 Unique Pages for Homeschooling
When making your customized Golden Coil planner or notebook, sometimes it’s helpful to see different ways pages can be used. That’s why today we’re walking you through 5 pages you may or may not have thought to include for homeschooling!
SCHOOL
This is one of our newest +pages that was made just for homeschooling. You could make a notebook specifically for your homeschooling kid (or kids) and they can use this page to track their week of lessons and work. The middle table can be used to write their schedule and below that they can track which assignments they need to do each day. We also love that this page includes a habit-tracking section! Start ‘em young, right?
LESSON PLANNING
This page can be really useful for teaching in whatever capacity you find yourself, but it’s also an excellent resource for homeschooling. The top sections will keep your plan focused on topic, duration, and objective. There’s plenty of space to write out your lesson plan and we love the spaces at the bottom for keeping track of materials, sources, homework you assign, and reflections from you and/or students.
READING
We love this page for homeschooling! It’s a great way to track your kid’s reading list for the semester/year. We especially love that your kid will be able to write their thoughts and rate each book. Add some lined pages to your planner or notebook for your child to write lengthier book reports!
STORYBOARD
Any of our story board pages could be great for homeschooling projects, but we especially love how this newer layout allows space for a small drawing next to a writing entry. Your student could use this page for journal entries, short stories, or planning art or science projects.
SPREADSHEET
This page can be used in a lot of different ways for homeschooling, such as tracking grades or assignments, but it can also be modified to track reading assignments by breaking down sections or chapters to be checked off. If you’ve got a 7th grader named Sam and a 3rd grader named Lucy, your spreadsheet might look like this:
