How to Use: Month-at-a-Glance
The Month-at-a-Glance +page is one of our newest releases and it can be used in so many helpful ways! The left page allocates a line for each day of the month and the right page is broken into four sections of lines. Let us show you a few ideas for how to use this page!
JOURNALING
You can use this page as a one-line-a-day journal! We love this option because it makes this habit a little more bite-sized and approachable. The right page is broken into four sections, so you could use each section for a more in-depth weekly journal entry.
EVENTS
This page can also be used to give you a big-picture view of the month ahead of you. Use the left page to map out the major appointments and events of the month. You can use the right page for weekly to-do list.
GRATITUDE
Similar to journaling, this page could be used as a one-line-a-day gratitude journal. You could use the right page to make gratitude-related to-do lists (think random acts of kindness and thank-you cards) or you could use the right page for more in-depth entries on gratitude.
MOOD TRACKING
This page makes an excellent mood-tracker! Use each line to describe your daily mood as briefly or in-depth as you’d like. The right page could be used for more in-depth entries to help you care for your mental health.
GOALS & PROJECTS
The month-at-a-glance page is a great way to help you break down a big goal into doable daily tasks. Use the right page to break down your monthly goal or project into weekly focuses. Then, use the left page to assign yourself a daily task related to that week’s focus!
We’re so excited about this new Month-at-a-Glance +page! How will you be using it?
