HASfit - This account is like having two personal trainers in your living room, completely free of charge. The HASfit workout library is extensive and covers everything from beginner-friendly, HIIT, strength training, short 15-minute workouts to longer 45-minute workouts. It’s all free and would be a great place to start.

Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home - This is not your grandmother’s power walking club. The beats are pumping, the energy is high, and the moves are synchronized! The mood is infectious and nostalgic. It feels like a throwback to an 80s workout tape. If it’s too hot out where you are to walk, try taking Leslie Sansone for a stroll indoors.

Yoga with Adriene - With almost 10 millions subscribers, Yoga with Adriene is an extremely popular YouTube channel, and it’s not hard to see why. With her videos organized in playlists like “Yoga for Back Pain,” “Yoga By Practice Length,” and even a “Yoga for PE” geared toward kids and at-home learners, there’s something for everyone.

These are just a few of the many free options out there. Find what works for you and enjoy those endorphins!
