Page Highlight: Fitness and Meals
Something we love doing here at Golden Coil is highlighting our favorite layouts. It’s our goal to help our community expand their ideas on how to best use these layouts! We also love seeing how our customers utilize these layouts because the options are endless!
Today, our page highlight features the Fitness and Meals +page found in the “Food” section. We love that this layout has a full page for your weekly meals and a full page for tracking your weekly workouts.
Starting with our Fitness Page:
Here we have sections for cardio, upper body, lower body, and time. This structure is a great way to plan your workouts for the week and see things mapped out in one place. I find it helpful to write out my plans ahead of time. That way, I know exactly what I am going to do each day and don’t waste any time while I am at the gym. In this layout, you can track what movements you’ll do, weights used and number of reps (using the goals section can help give you more room for this type of tracking).

Now for our Meals Page:
I absolutely LOVE this page! It’s such a great, simple layout to track weekly meals and an easy way to jot down grocery necessities for the week. You could even add a small “P”, “C” and “F” at the bottom of each box for those that like to track their macros! It is also nice to be able to track your water consumption as well (something I know I need some accountability on!).
We hope seeing these layouts being used helps our Golden Coil community and maybe encourages you to consider adding this layout to your next notebook or planner!
