New Page Highlight: Tracker
Hey, hey! We are back with another new page highlight. Today we’re going to talk about our fabulous new Tracker +Page, which was released in August of 2022. If you follow us on instagram, you’ll know that while Trisha was developing this new +Page, we were tossing around a few different ideas. Originally, this page was designed as a baby health tracker. After taking a poll with our followers, we settled on a blank tracker to allow the page to be used for an unlimited array of possibilities.
As you can see, our Tracker chart breaks down each hour of the day in the far left column. Each one of the six table sets represents an entire week. After you decide what you’ll be tracking, you can customize the fillable key at the bottom of the page. The nice thing about this layout is that you can maximize planner space - only using 1 additional +Page for 6 weeks worth of detailed tracking! If you’re always right up to that 242 page limit when customizing your Golden Coil AND you are someone who likes to track in detail, we know this page will speak to you! This layout also works wonderfully for visual people. It’s an easy way to identify patterns over a long span of time and inform future goals.
Here are a couple of ideas to get you started:
Baby Tracking
There are so many great ways to configure this layout for baby tracking. In the above image, we made each table represent a full day to allow detail tracking for sleep, diapers, breastfeeding, and temperament. This setup may be more ideal for a newborn where tracking is really critical, or for a child with health concerns that need monitoring. As your baby grows and you get into a rhythm, you may only be interested in tracking their feeding schedule. At that point, you can follow the M-S columns and simply track ounces/minutes fed. Maybe you want a whole table for baby’s sleep and a whole table for feeding? Maybe you have twins and need a column for each child? Figure out how you prefer to track and adapt as you go!
Health Tracking
There are ENDLESS ways to use this layout for health tracking. In the above image, we’ve created a little sample of sleep tracking, medication tracking, and mood tracking. You could pick one thing to track, and watch your progress over a series of weeks. This would be great for someone working on getting a full, uninterrupted 8 hours of sleep each night. You might also like to see symptom and medication tracking side by side. Or sugar intake alongside energy levels throughout the day. Configurations like these may help you to pinpoint cause and effect relationships (for the positive or negative) and enable you to better your health.
Other Ideas of What to Track:
Hourly Affirmations
Kids’ Schedules
Meal Timings
Energy Levels
Exercise
Meditation
5 -Minute Tidy Up
Social Connections
Water Intake
Acts of Service
The greatest thing about our Tracker +Page is that you get to be creative. Pull out the highlighters, stickers, or colored pencils. Make it work for you, and track away!
